A car wash removes surface dirt. Professional detailing safely decontaminates, corrects and protects the vehicle using specialist products, equipment and several hours of skilled work. The goal is a finish that looks better and stays easier to maintain.
Allow around 4 hours for Full Detail, 5 hours for Stage 1 + 5 Year Coating, and 10 hours for Full Exterior Protection. These are guide working times, not coating cure times. We confirm an estimate for your vehicle before booking and explain any shelter or curing requirements.
No — we don't need access to anything. We bring our own water tank and power.
The Stage 1 + 5 Year Coating package has a guide time of 5 hours, including preparation, polishing and coating. Full Exterior Protection has a guide time of 10 hours for the more extensive correction and protection. These are estimates for the complete packages; vehicle condition and size can change the time needed.

Routine washing is important, but it cannot safely remove bonded contamination, correct swirl marks or apply professional long-term protection. We do the specialist work; you can then keep the result looking sharp with simpler maintenance.

The featured package includes a Gtechniq ceramic coating rated for up to 5 years with correct application and maintenance. Actual durability depends on use, exposure and aftercare. A durability rating is not a guarantee that the finish will remain unchanged for five years.
Follow the coating-specific instructions provided at handover, including when it is safe to wash the car. Use gentle hand-washing methods and suitable car shampoo, avoid abrasive brushes, and remove contaminants promptly. Coating makes cleaning easier; it does not replace regular maintenance.
No coating makes paintwork scratch-proof or prevents stone chips. Careful washing is still important, and deep existing scratches may be too severe to remove safely.
Warranty terms depend on the package and coating used. Ask KADZ to confirm the provider, duration, coverage and any registration or maintenance conditions before booking. The 5-year coating description refers to its durability rating; it should not be treated as an unconditional warranty.
Quality comes first. If rain, wind or temperature makes the work unsafe or compromises the finish, we will discuss suitable shelter or rearrange the appointment without unnecessary hassle.
